We are seeking Yard Associates to help assist with all yard duties:
- Develop product knowledge to assess customer needs, promote products, and provide solutions.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance, including cleaning, greasing, fluid checks, and daily inspections.
- Keep the yard and warehouse organized by clearing debris and arranging materials neatly.
- Complete assigned projects efficiently.
- Follow daily and weekly objectives to support store goals.
Our season starts in the Spring and runs through the Summer, and we can offer flexible schedules to all employees! Our teams have fun—whether they are participating in our monthly contests or enjoying free food during our employee/customer appreciation events.

For each season an employee returns, they are eligible for:

Qualifications & Requirements
· Flexible to work various hours during busy season (spring through early summer)
· Good communication and listening skills
· Friendly and positive demeanor with a focus on providing excellent customer service
· Demonstrating initiative with regards to responsibilities
· Incumbent will be required to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and ambulate around the store/yard
· Lift/carry up a maximum of 50 lbs. on a frequent basis
· Exposure to loud noises, hot/cold temperatures, dust, and other environmental factors
