RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead all field operations for large-scale data center construction projects
- Manage trade coordination, work sequencing, and daily execution across all scopes
- Develop and enforce short-interval schedules and field execution plans
- Lead site logistics planning including laydown, access, crane operations, and material flow
- Enforce site safety culture, OSHA compliance, and zero-incident standards
- Drive QA/QC processes, inspections, testing, and deficiency resolution
- Coordinate installation of mission-critical systems including power distribution, generators, switchgear, UPS, cooling systems, and fire protection
- Lead subcontractor management, productivity, performance accountability, and workforce planning
- Coordinate inspections with AHJs, owners, commissioning agents, and operators
- Lead commissioning readiness, turnover planning, and systems integration support
- Manage punchlist execution, closeout sequencing, and substantial completion readiness
- Interface directly with owners, operators, and project leadership teams
- Support constructability reviews, phasing strategies, and risk mitigation planning
- Lead field teams, mentor assistant superintendents, and develop trade leadership
QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of field leadership experience on complex commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects
- Strong expertise in mission-critical construction sequencing and system integration
- Proven ability to lead large, multi-trade field teams in high-reliability environments
- Experience with live campuses, constrained sites, and high-security facilities preferred
