Horne Mazda of Avondale is growing and looking for a professional, motivated, and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team.

Whether you already have automotive experience or are looking to break into the industry, this is an opportunity to build a long-term career with paid training and strong earning potential.

Automotive experience is preferred, but NOT required.

Paid training provided for the right candidate.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Welcome customers and create a professional service experience

• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle needs

• Recommend maintenance and repairs based on vehicle needs

• Explain services and repair recommendations clearly

• Coordinate between customers and service technicians

• Manage appointments, repair orders, and customer follow-ups

• Monitor repair progress and keep customers informed

• Ensure a smooth experience from check-in through vehicle delivery

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude

• Excellent organization and time management

• Comfortable working with computers and learning dealership software

• Automotive experience preferred — NOT required

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
