This is a business with the opportunity for growth. Candidate must have a professional attitude and appearance as this position has direct contact with our student residents, school administration, and property managers. Responsibilities: Inspecting housing units, quality control of maintenance and cleaning vendors, providing resident notices, enhancing relationships with apartment communities, as well as administrative duties.
