PIRTEK, the nation鈥檚 leading provider for on-site hydraulic and industrial hose replacement is hiring for the position of Office Administrator.


Job Description:


A PIRTEK Office Administrator is an integral role in any PIRTEK Service & Supply Center. This position involves general bookkeeping, collections, invoice processing, A/P, A/R, bank reconciliations, customer service, and general office administration.


Working in a PIRTEK Center is a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The PIRTEK Center Office Administrator provides essential administrative support for the overall operation of the business.


Responsibilities:

路聽 聽 聽 聽Manage general bookkeeping, collections, invoice processing, A/P, A/R, bank reconciliations, customer service, and general office administration.
路聽 聽 聽 聽Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
路聽 聽 聽 聽Maintains records, documentation, and files, particularly more complex or sensitive files such as employee files.
路聽 聽 聽 聽Performs other related duties as assigned.


Qualifications:


路聽 聽 聽 聽Minimum Introductory Accounting Knowledge

路聽 聽 聽 聽Functional Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, Particularly Word and Excel
路聽 聽 聽 聽Familiarity with Computer-based Accounting software
路聽 聽 聽 聽Strong Communication Skills
路聽 聽 聽 聽Customer Service Experience
路聽 聽 聽 聽Strong Multi-Tasking Abilities
路聽 聽 聽 聽2-3 years of General Office Experience (experience in a service-related or similar industry is a bonus)
路聽 聽 聽 聽Associates Degree in Business or Related Field Preferred
Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
