This position is based out of Goodyear, AZ. We are seeking a highly organized Program Scheduler/Scheduling Coordinator to implement and oversee consumer schedules. In this role, you will be collaborating with the Intake Specialist and Quality Assurance Specialists; assigning consumers and monitoring to ensure consumers are being seen by assigned Educator. You may also prepare progress and performance reports. To ensure success, Program Schedulers/Scheduling Coordinator should possess solid industry knowledge and demonstrable experience in Scheduling. A top-notch Program Scheduler/Scheduling Coordinator will be someone whose expertise leads to to the successful realization of envisaged company goals. Program Scheduler/Scheduling Coordinator Responsibilities: Consulting with Case Specialists and Intake Specialist to assign consumers to educators and ensure consumer support. Follow up with assigned educators within 72 hours to ensure they are completing authorized services. Communicate with appropriate Regional Center CSC with scheduling updates, as needed Follow up with Consumer and/or family to ensure satisfaction. Developing, implementing, and maintaining current scheduling management system. Responsibility of ensuring all consumers are staffed with educators. Complete tasks and/or projects by deadlines. Identifying potential schedule delays and facilitating intervention in a timeous manner. Accommodating updates and changes to schedules. Keeping Executive Department informed of timelines and deadlines. Documenting scheduling processes and maintaining records. Program Scheduler/Scheduling Coordinator Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred. A minimum of two years' experience as a scheduler in a related industry. Extensive experience in schedule planning and management. Advanced ability to evaluate progress and facilitate interventions. Ability to keep Executive Department informed of timelines and changes. Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills. DL, current TB, auto insurance, First Aid/CPR, SSC, Passport or Birth Certificate Background Clearance Qualifications
