About the Role:

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical systems integration within a relevant industry.

Proven experience leading technical teams and managing complex integration projects.
Familiarity with industry standards such as NEC, IEEE, and relevant safety regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
Experience with automated test equipment and integration software tools.
Knowledge of aerospace, automotive, or defense electrical systems integration.
Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification.
Experience with project management methodologies and tools such as Agile or PMP.

Responsibilities:

Lead the electrical integration activities from design through system validation, ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
Coordinate and communicate with multidisciplinary teams to align integration efforts and resolve technical issues promptly.
Develop and execute detailed integration plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
