Join our Team! We are looking for a dependable, positive, and hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to join our friendly team at Residence Inn by Marriott in Avondale.

We take pride in creating a welcoming, respectful, and team-oriented work environment where everyone works together to provide our guests with a clean, comfortable, and memorable stay.

What you'll do:

• Supervise and support the housekeeping team each day.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
• Assign rooms and monitor daily housekeeping progress.
• Train, coach, and encourage team members.
• Maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory.
• Address guest requests and housekeeping concerns.
• Work closely with the front Desk and Maintenance teams
• Lead by example and help create a positive team culture.

Schedule:

• Must have a flexible schedule 
• Weekend availability is required, including some weekend as needed.
• Must be willing to adjust your schedule based on hotel occupancy 

What we're looking for:

We're looking for someone who is reliable, organized, friendly, and take pride in their work. Previous housekeeping or supervisory experience is preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to lead are just as important.
