Job Summary |
The primary responsibility of the Operations Manager is to oversee the inbound and outbound operations of the facility.  This individual provides guidance and direction to supervisors and leads to ensure daily operations are aligned with business objectives.  Furthermore, the Operations Manager will prioritize and assign tasks to ensure that the team’s resources are used effectively, and work schedules and targets are aligned. |
