Compensation

  • $46–$75 per visit/hour
  • Pay is determined by geographic location, experience, and employment classification
  • W-2 and 1099 opportunities available
  • Full-time and part-time schedules

Your Role

  • Provide occupational therapy treatment under the direction of a supervising Occupational Therapist
  • Implement individualized treatment plans
  • Document patient progress using our electronic medical record
  • Educate families on home activities that reinforce therapy goals
  • Collaborate with supervising therapists and the interdisciplinary team
  • Deliver compassionate, family-centered care

Qualifications

  • Active Arizona COTA license
  • CPR Certification
  • Article 9 Certification
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Pediatric or home health experience is a plus but not required.
