Responsibilities

  • Deliver pediatric occupational therapy treatment in the home
  • Follow treatment plans developed by supervising Occupational Therapists
  • Monitor patient progress and document each visit
  • Partner with caregivers to support carryover of therapeutic activities
  • Communicate regularly with supervising therapists
  • Maintain professional documentation and compliance standards

Qualifications

  • Active Arizona COTA license
  • CPR certification
  • Article 9 certification
  • Valid driver's license with dependable transportation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
