Position Highlights
- Competitive compensation of $64–$92 per visit/hour

- Full-time and part-time schedules
- Caseloads available statewide
Responsibilities
- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver therapy services in children's homes
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Educate caregivers on home programming
- Coordinate care with families and interdisciplinary providers
- Supervise COTAs if desired

Requirements
Arizona OT license, CPR certification, AHCCCS ID, Article 9 certification, reliable transportation, and strong clinical reasoning skills.
