Compensation & Schedule

• Earn $64–$92 per visit/hour (depending on location, employment type, and experience)
• W-2 or 1099 opportunities
• Full-time and part-time positions
• Flexible caseload options throughout Arizona

Your Role

• Perform evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide home-based occupational therapy
• Monitor patient progress
• Maintain timely documentation
• Educate families
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members
• Optional supervision of COTAs

Qualifications

Arizona Occupational Therapy license, CPR certification, AHCCCS ID (we can help you get this), Article 9 certification, reliable transportation, and strong communication skills.
