We're hiring Physical Therapists to provide home-based pediatric therapy throughout Arizona.Â
What We Offer
- Competitive compensation of $84–$118 per visit/hour (depending on location)

Your Responsibilities
- Evaluate pediatric patients
- Design and implement treatment plans
- Deliver therapy services in patients' homes
- Complete accurate documentation
- Educate families on therapeutic activities
- Support children in achieving functional goals

Qualifications
Current Arizona Physical Therapist license, CPR certification, AHCCCS ID, Article 9 certification, dependable transportation, and excellent communication skills.
