Large Format Flex Stocker

 

Job Summary

This Position is responsible for merchandising of all MBG products in the accounts assigned to the Flex Stocker to be serviced on the Large Format Merchandiser’s day off. This includes but is not limited to all Ad Packages, end caps, floor displays, multipack water, and all cold bottle coolers.

Work Schedule

  • Friday: 7am – 5pm
  • Saturday: 7am – 5pm
  • Sunday*: 7am – 4pm (*specific start time will be determined by supervision)
  • Monday*: 7am – 4pm (*specific start time will be determined by supervision)
  • Tuesday: 7am – 5pm

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all shelves and cold equipment are properly filled to MBG standards.
  • Ensure all shelves and cold equipment are merchandised to MBG standards.
  • Display Point of Sale specific to Brands/Packages.
  • Maintain Customer Service Expectations in MBG marketplace.
  • Keep backroom inventory neat and organized.
  • Ensure proper product rotation to help minimize OOD products.
  • Follow the company’s uniform policy as set by MBG.
  • Operate all company vehicles in a safe manner.
    1. Keeping up with the mandatory service of the company assigned vehicle.
    2. Maintain a clean appearance of the company vehicle inside and out.
  • Other duties as assigned by management

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Must maintain good understanding of the following operating systems.
    1. Microsoft Windows and/or Outlook
    2. Zoom and/or Teams Meeting platforms
    3. ViP Sales App and/or KARMA App
      • Account logging
      • Case logging
  • Ability to perform many tasks at the same time.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to process change.
  • Establish and maintain good communication
    1. Store Management 
    2. DSD Receivers
    3. Merchandisers, ASM, and Auxiliary Sales.
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Ability to comprehend policies and procedures.
  • Maintain acceptable driving record and be at least age 21 for driving purposes.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 1,000 pounds as needed. Must be able to work from floor level up to overhead level as needed.
