About the Role:
Join Havenova Home Care Solutions as a Baby Sitter/Nanny in Copiague, NY! We're looking for a nurturing and dedicated individual to provide exceptional care and support to children in a loving environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities
- Prepare meals and snacks for children
- Assist with homework and educational activities
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for children
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress
- Provide transportation to and from activities as needed
- Implement daily routines and schedules
- Support children's emotional and social development
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a nanny or babysitter preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Passion for working with children and fostering their development
- Background check required
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in child development is a plus
