Warehouse Order Picker, Pack & Receiver

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Order Picker, Packer & Receiver to support daily warehouse operations. This position is responsible for receiving incoming shipments, picking customer orders, packing products accurately, preparing shipments, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse

As a valuable member of the distribution team, job duties will include:

• Receive and unload incoming shipments.
• Verify products, quantities, and shipment information against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Inspect incoming products for damage or discrepancies and report issues to management.
• Accurately pick products based on customer orders and picking lists.
• Double-check product quantities, descriptions, and order information before packing.
• Pack orders securely and prepare them for shipment.
• Print and apply shipping labels and other required documentation.
• Load and stage completed orders for pickup or delivery.
• Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Operate pallet jacks, carts, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment as trained and authorized.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company policies, warehouse procedures, and safety regulations.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, receiving, picking, packing, or shipping experience preferred.
• Ability to accurately count and identify products.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic computer and inventory-system skills are preferred.
• Bilingual/Spanish preferred but not necessary.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with others.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday.
• Ability to safely lift and move packages up to 50 pounds.

Physical Requirements

This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, and moving products throughout the warehouse. Employees must be able to safely handle packages and warehouse materials while following proper lifting and safety procedures.

Additional Information

This is a 1st shift role. The hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

 The pay rate is $18-$21 depending on experience
