What You’ll Do

Specialize in lived-in blondes, balayage, dimensional color, highlights, glossing, and precision cutting.
Provide customized consultations and create long-term color maintenance plans.
Deliver exceptional guest experiences that build lasting relationships and client loyalty.
Stay current with advanced coloring techniques and industry trends.
Recommend professional home care to support the longevity and health of every service.

Qualifications

Massachusetts Cosmetology License.
3+ years Behind the chair experience required..
Passion for lived-in color, blonding, balayage, and healthy hair practices.
Strong consultation and communication skills.
Positive, team-oriented mindset with a desire for continued education and growth.
