Principal Technical Professional-Piping
Supervise the design, development, and installation of piping systems• Perform design work in accordance with project specifications, codes, and standards• Collaborate closely with the engineering team and provide guidance• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets• Resolve technical issues and propose innovative solutions• Conduct site visits and oversee fieldwork• Prepare project documentation and submit relevant reports• Manage relationships with suppliers and contractors• Adhere to various safety and quality standards• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including designers, drafters, and project managers• Participate in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling activities• Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and team members• Support procurement activities by reviewing vendor proposals and technical documentation• Oversee and support construction, commissioning, and startup activities related to piping systems• - 7 to 10 years brownfield mods, Pre FEED/FEED, offshore, disinvestment / replacement
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering)
• Minimum of 15+ years of experience in piping engineering and projectmanagement with at least 5-8 years in a senior or leadership role
• Extensive knowledge and experience in the design and installation ofpiping systems
• Proficiency in engineering software tools (AutoCAD, PDMS/E3D, CAESARII, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Good communication and effective teamwork abilities
• Project management skills and experience
• 7 to 10 years brownfield mods, Pre FEED/FEED, offshore, disinvestment / replacement
Preferred Qualifications:
• Professional engineering license or certifications (e.g., PE, PMP)
