About the Role:
Chagrin Valley Racquet Club in Chagrin Falls, OH is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping team member to help us maintain a clean, welcoming environment for our members and guests. Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain club facilities including locker rooms, restrooms, common areas, and courts
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors and surfaces throughout the facility
- Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and paper products as needed
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper waste disposal
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Assist with setup and breakdown of club events or special functions
- Maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with club policies and health regulations
Requirements:
- Prior housekeeping, janitorial, or facilities cleaning experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player in a member-focused environment
