Responsibilities
Prepare individual and business tax returns across a variety of return types including 1040s, 1065s, and 1120S
Organize and document workpapers accurately and in accordance with firm standards
Support seniors, managers, and other members of the team
Flag technical questions and issues to senior team members appropriately
Manage multiple engagements simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Other duties as assigned which may include but not limited to tasks associated with accounting and/or audit and attest services
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
0-2 years of public accounting experience
Solid foundational understanding of accounting principles
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Eager to learn, coachable, and a genuine team player
Interest in pursuing CPA license
Strong Communication skills and willingness to interact with clients on tax and accounting matters
