Pay Range is $23.00 - $25.00

Job Tasks:

• Processing Accounts Payable will include receiving/sorting invoices, matching packing slips/purchase orders, entering purchases to the accounting system, preparing and mailing checks/ACH payments, filing of paid invoices/checks and other documents, handling inquiries and correspondence from vendors and other outside parties, researching information, entering manual checks/payments in the accounting system, maintenance of AP files, etc.
• Reviews and processes expense reports submitted via online programs/systems.
• Maintains petty cash.
• Posts operational and petty cash accounts to the general ledger monthly.
• Obtains IRS reporting documents from outside vendors and processes IRS reporting annually.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school graduation or G.E.D. required. 
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable as an individual contributor or relevant work experience preferred.
• Experience and knowledge of accounts payable automation systems is required.
