Shifts Available: 

  • Full Time - PM Shift 4x2


            The Certified Nursing Assistant role supports assigned resident with routine daily activities and nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s 

            assessment and care plan and as may be directed by the supervisors.

  • Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding
  • Take and record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respirations)
  • Help with mobility and safe transfers using gait belts, Hoyer lifts, and other devices
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. 
  • Observe and promptly report any changes in a resident’s physical or emotional condition
  • Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members as needed
  • Accurately document care and observations according to facility policy and regulations

Qualifications:

  • Highschool diploma or GED     

  • Active CNA Certificate in CA 

  • BLS/CPR
