Description

The Quality Improvement (QI) assistant for Enhanced Care Management (ECM) is responsible for 

monitoring, evaluating, and ensuring the effectiveness and compliance of ECM services. This role 

involves developing quality assurance processes, analyzing performance data, identifying areas for 

improvement, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures for Enhanced Care 

Management. 

• Monitor progress on Managed Care Accountability Set (MCAS) measures, ensuring compliance 

with performance benchmarks and regulatory requirements 

• Monitor ECM program performance by conducting audits, reviewing patient documentation, and 

ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations. 

• Analyze key performance indicators to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for 

improvement. 

• Collaborate with ECM leadership to develop corrective action plans and process improvement 

strategies. 

• Conduct root cause analyses for identified issues and implement solutions to enhance service 

delivery. 

• Prepare and present quality reports to leadership, highlighting trends, risks, and 

recommendations. 

• Stay informed about changes in regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and best 

practices in ECM. 

• Foster a culture of continuous quality improvement within the ECM team
