Pay Range: $42–$45/hr+ (DOE)

General Purpose

The RN is responsible for supervising daily nursing activities and ensuring high-quality resident care in accordance with federal, state, and facility guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shift
  • Provide direct patient care and assess resident conditions
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered
  • Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation
  • Participate in care planning and quality improvement initiatives
  • Maintain compliance with all safety and infection control standards

Qualifications

  • Active, unencumbered RN license in California
  • CPR certification required
  • Skilled nursing experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
