Occupational Therapist - Home Health - (OT - HH)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1791.94 - $1963.51
Occupational Therapist (OT) needed for 13-week contract for a Medicare Certified Home Health Agency in Philadelphia, PA seeking coverage for Southwest Philly area. Candidates are required to have 2 years of experience as an OT including 1 year of Home Health within the past 24 months. Active PA license at time of submission is required. Shifts will be 8hr days for 40 hours per week. Start date is as soon as possible. Zip codes: 19120, 19124, 19141, 19126.
