What You’ll Do

Prepare fried items with consistency and accuracy

Follow prep lists and assist with mise en place

Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned stations

Complete setup and breakdown duties as directed by kitchen leadership
What We’re Looking For

Basic knife skills (slice, dice, chop)

Understanding of food storage and labeling

Basic fryer and oven knowledge

Awareness of menu items and common allergens
