What You’ll Do

• Prepare fried items with consistency and accuracy

• Follow prep lists and assist with mise en place

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned stations

• Complete setup and breakdown duties as directed by kitchen leadership

What We’re Looking For

• Basic knife skills (slice, dice, chop)

• Understanding of food storage and labeling

• Basic fryer and oven knowledge

• Awareness of menu items and common allergens

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
