Pay & Schedule
- $18.70 – $21.75 per hour (based on experience and shift)
- Overtime pay up to $30.30 per hour
- 12-hour shifts available for both day and overnight schedules
- Temp-to-hire positions with full-time potential

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production
- Identify, troubleshoot, and report equipment or product issues promptly
- Perform routine maintenance and preventive checks to minimize downtime
- Maintain accurate documentation of production and maintenance activities
- Follow all safety and quality procedures to uphold manufacturing standards
Qualifications
- Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience
- Comfortable working with various tools, controls, and equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
