Discounts on wide array of services/entertainment nationwide   The Senior Clinician (in conjunction with program leadership) is responsible for: The clinical/educational operations of the program services. Providing documented individual and group clinical services and case management to clients with mental health, substance abuse, or dual diagnosis problems.  Completing Quality Improvement activities such as completing chart reviews and group observations.  Participating in the review of high-risk cases including multidisciplinary team treatment planning, case review and case conferences. Working the hours required to meet the business needs of the organization including the ability to work more than 40 hours in a work week. QualificationsQualifications: Licensed as an LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LADC I or CADAC preferred  Minimum of a master ‘s degree in clinical psychology, education-counseling, medicine, psychology, psychiatric nursing, rehabilitative counseling, social work, or closely related field  Minimum of two years of supervised counseling experience  At least one-year full time equivalent year of clinical experience in a supervisory role  Experience with both substance abuse and mental health issues preferred
