Machine Operator

Pay & Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM | $15.00/hr
  
• 2nd Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | $15:00/hr
  

We are seeking a reliable and skilled  Machine Operator to join our team in Baldwyn, MS. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery to ensure efficient production while meeting safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate machinery according to production specifications
  
• Monitor production processes and adjust machine settings as needed
  
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and compliance standards are met
  
• Perform routine maintenance and minor equipment repairs
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
  
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to improve efficiency
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred
  
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders
  
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  
• Basic math and measurement skills
  
• Flexibility to work assigned shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed
