Position Overview We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Controller to lead our Financial Team.  Position Summary The Controller is responsible for leading all accounting operations, ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, and delivering accurate and timely financial information to support business decisions. This role oversees a lean accounting team, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory/Cost Accounting, and Payroll, and serves as a key partner to Finance leadership, Operations, and Commercial teams. The Controller will own the month-end close process, audit coordination, compliance, and accounting policies, while also supporting working capital management, revenue recognition, and process improvements. QualificationsKey Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management Financial Close & Reporting Revenue Recognition & Project Accounting Oversight Inventory & Cost Accounting Oversight Working Capital Management Cash Management & Disbursement Oversight Intercompany & Consolidation Oversight Compliance, Internal Controls & Audit Tax & Regulatory Compliance Systems, Process Improvement & Automation Cross-Functional Business Partnering   Key Metrics / KPIs Close cycle time (days to close) Accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting Audit findings and resolution DSO, DIO, and working capital performance Inventory accuracy and variance levels Compliance with internal controls and policies     Technical Skills ERP experience (SAP preferred; SAP B1 a plus) Strong understanding of: Revenue recognition (ASC 606) Inventory and cost accounting Intercompany accounting Advanced Excel skills Experience with reporting tools (Power BI a plus, Onestream     Core Competencies Strong leadership and team development skills High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration Process-oriented mindset with focus on continuous improvement     What Success Looks Like Consistent, timely, and accurate financial close Strong internal controls with minimal audit findings Clear ownership and accountability across AR, AP, Inventory, and Payroll Improved working capital performance Scalable, well-documented accounting processes High-performing, cross-trained accounting team   Physical Requirements The physical requirements listed reflect those needed to perform the essential functions of the VP of Finance role.
