What You'll Be Doing
As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll play an important role in representing client campaigns by:
Engaging with customers through professional face-to-face interactions.
Representing products, services, or charitable initiatives with confidence and enthusiasm.
Building rapport and understanding each customer's individual needs.
Providing clear information and recommending suitable solutions.
Assisting customers through the sales or sign-up process.
Delivering an excellent customer experience during every interaction.
Working collaboratively with your team to achieve campaign and sales objectives.
