  • Meet weekly and monthly lead-generation, appointment, and sales goals.
  • Follow State Farm guidelines, agency procedures, and compliance requirements.

  • Deliver a professional and positive customer experience.
Qualifications

  • Sales, telemarketing, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable with outbound calls and meeting performance goals.
  • Dependable, organized, and comfortable using CRM systems.
  • Insurance experience is a plus but not required.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English is highly sought after and a strong plus.

Bilingual Candidate Advantages
Candidates who are fluent in Spanish and English may have additional opportunities to:

  • Communicate directly with Spanish-speaking prospects and customers.
  • Assist with outreach and lead-generation efforts within Spanish-speaking communities.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is energetic, dependable, competitive, personable, and comfortable starting conversations with new people.
You should enjoy working in an environment where individual effort and results matter. Successful candidates will be willing to learn, accept coaching, consistently follow up with prospects, and work toward clearly defined weekly and monthly goals.
You do not need years of insurance experience to be considered. Candidates with strong sales potential, customer service skills, communication abilities, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
If you are looking for an opportunity to strengthen your sales skills, develop insurance industry experience, contribute to the growth of an established agency, and pursue advancement opportunities based on your performance, we encourage you to apply.
