Qualifications:

• LicenseorCertification:
  • CurrentRNlicensureasperstateregulations.
  • CPRcertification.
  • ACLSwithin1yearofhire.
• Preferred:CRRNcertification.
  • MinimumQualifications:
  • Oneyearofinpatienthospitalexperience(preferred).
  • Oneyearofdialysisnursingexperience(preferred).
  • Inpatientrehabilitationexperience(preferred).
  • Excellentcommunicationskills.
  • Strongorganizationalandtimemanagementabilities.
  • Criticalthinkingandproblem-solvingskills.
  • Abilitytoworkindependentlyandmakeinformeddecisions.
  • Flexibleavailabilityforweekdays,weekends,andevening/nightshiftsasneeded.
