About the Role:
ACHA HOLDINGS LLC is looking for a skilled and motivated Licensed 7A or 7B Pest Control Technician to join our growing team in Ballwin, MO. Responsibilities:
- Perform residential and/or commercial pest control inspections and treatments
- Apply pesticides and other pest management solutions in accordance with state regulations and safety standards
- Identify pest infestations, assess severity, and recommend appropriate treatment plans
- Maintain accurate service records, treatment logs, and customer documentation
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding treatment processes and prevention tips
- Safely operate and maintain company vehicles, equipment, and chemical supplies
- Stay current with industry best practices, pest control techniques, and continuing education requirements
Requirements:
- Active Missouri 7A (General Pest Control) and/or 7B (Termite Control) Pest Control License required
- Prior experience in pest control, extermination, or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of pesticide application methods, safety protocols, and EPA regulations
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently, manage a route, and stay organized
- Physical ability to perform inspections in various environments including crawl spaces and attics
