Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Siding Technician with experience in Vinyl siding, Fiber-Cement siding, Soffit/Fascia, Window installation, and other misc. repairs. The ideal candidate will perform various repairs as directed in work orders from our sales representatives and will have the opportunity to run repair leads to sell and repair for commission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs on various types of siding.
- Measure and install windows.
- Execute work orders provided by sales representatives.
- Be timely and efficient.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Run the schedule set by the production manager.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in siding repair/install, window measuring and installation.
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to maintain schedules.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Valid driver’s license to be able to operate company vehicle.
