Pay: $21 - $23 per hour

As an RBT, youâll work side-by-side with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), delivering personalized ABA therapy that helps children build new skills, grow in confidence, and achieve meaningful milestones.
What Youâll Do
Provide one-on-one behavior intervention services in daycare and in-home settings
Collect and record data on child's progress
Collaborate closely with families and your BCBA supervisor
Participate in team meetings and ongoing training opportunities

â What Youâll Need
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
Experience working with children (especially those with special needs)
A passion for helping others grow and succeed
Reliable transportation
Experience in Early Intervention
Active CPR certification
Active RBT certification
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable sitting, kneeling, squatting, or standing for extended periods
