Am law 200 firm is seeking an eDiscovery/Litigation Support Coordinator. This position is an integral part of the firm's Practice Solutions - eDiscovery/Litigation Support team. Practice Solutions sits under the firm's Legal Operations department and is responsible for Litigation Support and oversight/support of the firm's Transactional and M&A support programs.

Description
Ensuring all monthly maintenance/mitigation tasks are completed for the firm's eDiscovery/Litigation Support and Transactional/M&A systems Coordinating with the firm's Director of Practice Solutions and Senior Project Manager on data logging, data disposition, and information governance actions on open and closed eDiscovery/Litigation Support matters Assisting the firm's Director of Practice Solutions and Senior Project Manager with case related tasks/work within all phases of the EDRM including, but not limited to: o production preparation, quality control, and upload; o transcript and exhibit preparation, quality control, and upload; o collection, analysis, upload, and preparation of relevant eDiscovery materials from clients and other 3rd parties; o working within firm database systems to run simple and complex searches, tag and code materials, troubleshoot user issues; and other tasks as needed/assigned Assisting the firm's Director of Practice Solutions and Senior Project Manager with case related tasks/work within our Transactional/M&A stack of products as needed.
Profile
Qualified candidates should possess 3-5 years of experience working in a law firm or
professional services environment and a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or
university. Litigation, eDiscovery, Litigation Support experience and/or CEDS certification is a
plus. Consideration will be given to candidates that can demonstrate basic knowledge of
eDiscovery/Litigation Support and are familiar with MS Office, online eDiscovery review, and
data management tools such as Relativity and Opus2. Candidates will need to demonstrate their
knowledge/understanding and/or interest in eDiscovery/Litigation Support to be considered for
the role.
To be successful, the eDiscovery/Litigation Support Coordinator must be highly organized,
detail oriented, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. They must be a selfstarter who is able to prioritize, manage, and complete work in a timely fashion as
needed/requested by both the Practice Solutions team and internal case teams, be inquisitive and
willing to ask questions when tasks are unclear/not understood, have a desire learn about and
become well-versed in eDiscovery/Litigation Support and firm's eDiscovery/Litigation Support
tools, and be an active participant in ongoing educational opportunities both internally and
externally. Qualified candidates will need to demonstrate that they have a clear understanding of
the importance of teamwork and open and clear communications particularly in a hybrid work
environment. This is a fast paced environment and candidates must be able to shift priories as
needed. This position has robust opportunities for advancement for the right candidate as we are
