Warehouse Team Member 

Location: Onsite –Baltimore, MD


Competitive Compensation: Starting at $21.00 - $23.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Shift: Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 3:30 PM (hours may vary). Occasional overtime before the shift starts.

Ann Sacks (a division of Kohler Co.) is a leading distributor and manufacturer of luxury tile, stone, and plumbing. We are currently looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our Baltimore location. This role is essential to ensuring our products are handled with care and delivered with precision, supporting the high standards our customers expect.

 

 
Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities

  • Practice and follow all required safety regulations.
  • Safely and efficiently operate Forklift. On and off forklift multiple times per day.
  • Ensure orders are pulled accurately, efficiently, and properly palletized and labeled for shipment. Wrap and secure orders for shipment.
  • Maintain work area. Keep equipment, tools, and workspace in clean and safe working condition.
  • Familiar with part numbers and material descriptions.
  • Verify LTL shipments are properly loaded, and Bills of Lading are correct.
  • Perform all duties as assigned by supervisor.
  • Job requires repetitive lifting of up to 20-70 pounds.

Ready to make a bold impact? Here’s the qualifications we are looking for:  

Key Qualifications  

  • Must be able to work in the US without restriction or sponsorship.
  • Effectively communicate skills for slab handling and warehouse processes.  
  • Must be at least 18 years old.


Preferred Qualifications  

  • 3 years’ relevant experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehousing environment.
  • Forklift experience. 
  • High School degree or GED preferred.
  • Experience in a warehousing, manufacturing, or distribution environment.
  • Exposure to SAP or similar operating systems.
  • Lean manufacturing exposure.

AdditionalRequirements 

  • Physical Capability: Ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation. This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
  • Regularly lifting and handling 20-30 pounds, occasionally 50 + pounds.
  • Screening: Successful completion of a drug screen and background check.  
  • Reliability: Consistent attendance and work performance.  
  • Safety Compliance: Follow all safety policies and procedures
