What You'll Do

• Inspire and lead a team of service-minded individuals to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Assist with day-to-day operations, including scheduling, inventory, cash management, and food quality.
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety, and store performance.
• Coach and develop team members to reach their full potential.
• Support the GM in hitting sales goals and driving store profitability
