Salary range: $48.92 - $66.18 per hour

How you'll make an impact in this role

• Lead and mentor a dedicated clinical team, fostering a culture of professional growth and high-performance to ensure every associate reaches their full potential.

• Coordinate daily patient access and flow to guarantee that every individual receives timely, high-quality care tailored to their specific needs.

• Direct nursing operations with a focus on clinical excellence, translating department objectives into tangible, high-standard patient outcomes.

• Evaluate and delegate clinical tasks based on individual staff strengths, ensuring the right care is delivered by the right person at the right time.

• Drive quality initiatives and auditing projects to proactively identify and implement improvements that elevate the standard of care for our community.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.

What additional requirements you'll need

• Minimum 2 years acute care RN experience in L&D required.
• Postpartum and NICU RN experience preferred.
