Job DetailsJob Location: 2221 Berlin Street - Baltimore, MD 21230Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 Salary/yearJob Category: Customer ServicePosition Summary State Street Poultry & Provisions is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Bilingual Korean Customer Service & Transportation Coordinator to support our growing operations. This role serves as a key point of contact for Korean-speaking customers while also assisting with delivery scheduling, transportation coordination, and communication between customers, drivers, warehouse teams, and operations.   The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, bilingual in Korean and English, and able to thrive in a fast-paced food distribution environment.   Essential Duties & Responsibilities:   Customer Service Responsibilities Provide professional customer service support to customers in both Korean and English Process customer orders, inquiries, complaints, credits, and product requests accurately and timely Maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction Enter and update customer information, orders, and delivery details in company systems Assist customers with order tracking, delivery questions, and product availability Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner   Transportation & Delivery Coordination Responsibilities Assist with coordinating daily delivery schedules and transportation activities Assist with communication to drivers regarding routes, delivery times, and schedule changes Monitor delivery status and proactively communicate delays or issues to customers and internal teams Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and dispatch Help organize delivery paperwork, manifests, and transportation documentation Support routing and scheduling adjustments as operational needs change Maintain accurate records related to transportation and deliveries       QualificationsQualifications Bilingual in Korean and English required (spoken and written) Previous customer service, logistics, dispatch, or transportation coordination experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer systems Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple departments Must successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug screen and background check   Preferred Qualifications Experience in food distribution, warehouse, or transportation environments Familiarity with routing, dispatching, or delivery coordination processes Experience using ERP or order management systems   Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods Occasional walking through warehouse or operational areas   Benefits Competitive pay Medical, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for growth and advancement   Holly Poultry, Inc. and its subsidiaries are Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employers.
