Branch Manager

Location: Baltimore, MD

We’re looking for a Branch Manager to lead our branch team and operations while driving growth, market share, and exceptional customer service. In this role, you’ll manage sales, operations, warehouse, and purchasing, while building a high-performing team and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

What You’ll Do

Lead & Develop Our Team

  • Hire, train, and coach associates to achieve growth and operational excellence

  • Set clear goals and communicate expectations to your team

  • Conduct performance evaluations and support career development

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and all local, state, and federal regulations

  • Be present as shift will evolve with business needs (variable hours, potential weekends)

Drive Branch Operations

  • Oversee daily operations, including sales, purchasing, inventory, invoicing, and finances

  • Maintain facilities, equipment, and fleet for safety and professionalism

  • Implement best practices to improve efficiency and profitability

Grow Sales & Customer Relationships

  • Drive sales growth and expand market share in your territory

  • Analyze local market trends and identify new business opportunities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and value-added solutions

  • Collaborate with regional leadership to strengthen customer loyalty

Manage Finances & Inventory

  • Monitor branch budget and achieve financial targets

  • Track inventory levels and manage vendor relationships

  • Maximize discounts and ensure profitable purchasing

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of proven success in a management role

  • Strong experience in the automotive, industrial, and commercial industry preferred 
  • Willingness to adapt and learn
  • Strong sales and customer service skills

  • Operational and financial management expertise

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and drive results

  • Proficient with computer systems and business software
