Route & Freight Details
Freight consists primarily of no-touch dry van loads moving through an established network of interstate customer lanes. Drivers handle a combination of drop-and-hook and live load freight, with the majority of shipments requiring no driver unloading. Truck Setup
Drivers operate 2021 and newer Freightliner and Kenworth tractors with automatic transmissions. Many trucks include APUs, inverters, and refrigerator space for added comfort during multi-day trips. Equipment is maintained through a company-supported maintenance network focused on reducing service delays and keeping trucks available for dispatch.
Running Schedule
Drivers follow a 12-day operating schedule followed by a full 48-hour reset at home every other weekend. Approved drivers may take their assigned truck home during resets or utilize a company parking location if preferred.
Earnings & Benefits
Weekly earnings typically range from $1,300 to $1,450 depending on experience, miles, and freight flow. Detention pay is available for qualifying delays. After six months, drivers become eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
CDL-A Driver Requirements
Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience
Safe driving record
Ability to run interstate routes
