Dental Dreams is actively interviewing Full-Time and Part-Time dentists for our Edmondson practice in Baltimore, Maryland.

With immediate needs and flexible scheduling options, Edmondson is an excellent opportunity for doctors looking for strong patient flow, excellent earning potential, clinical autonomy, and the ability to build a schedule that works for them.

Our dentists have the opportunity to perform a broad range of comprehensive general dentistry based on their clinical skills and comfort level, while maintaining complete autonomy over treatment planning.

COMPENSATION

• Permanent daily minimum guarantee

• Up to $50,000 Sign-On Bonus for select opportunities

• Average full-time compensation: $300,000–$350,000+

• No production cap

• Full patient schedule from day one

• Strong long-term earning potential

CLINICAL PRACTICE

• Complete autonomy over treatment planning

• Established patient base and strong patient flow

• Opportunity to perform comprehensive general dentistry

• Fully digital and paperless office

• Modern equipment and dedicated clinical support

• Discretion over preferred dental supplies and instruments

• Mentorship from experienced clinicians

• Opportunity to develop clinically, increase speed, and expand your procedure mix

FULL-TIME OR BUILD A PART-TIME SCHEDULE

Not looking for five days a week? Let's talk.

In addition to our Full-Time opportunity, we're looking for Part-Time coverage with availability including Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

This can be a great fit for an experienced dentist looking to add days to an existing schedule or a provider looking for greater flexibility.
