The Opportunity Â
The Director, Amazon Partnerships is a strategic business leader responsible for elevating and scaling Flywheel's partnership with Amazon. This role sets the vision and strategy for how Flywheel collaborates with Amazon, from co-selling opportunities to joint go-to-market initiatives and leads cross-functional teams to execute against that strategy. You'll serve as Amazon's primary strategic partner contact, driving mutual growth, deepening integration, and ensuring Flywheel remains Amazon's most trusted and preferred partner.Â
What You Will Do:Â
Partnership Strategy & LeadershipÂ
- Develop and execute the comprehensive Amazon partnership strategy; lead strategic relationship planning with Amazon leadership and identify high-impact opportunitiesÂ
- Define organizational structure and resource allocation; build and lead a high-performing team focused on Amazon opportunitiesÂ
- Serve as the senior strategic point of contact for Amazon executives and key stakeholder teamsÂ
Growth & ExecutionÂ
- Own partnership revenue targets; coordinate cross-functional teams to pursue and execute co-selling and joint business opportunitiesÂ
- Lead partner events, enablement sessions, and co-marketing initiatives; develop thought leadership and differentiated value propositionsÂ
- Track partnership health metrics and report regularly on progress against goals, wins, and growth opportunities
Who You Are:Â
- 7+ years of experience in strategic partnership management, business development, or account leadership, ideally with Amazon or major digital marketplace partnersÂ
- Proven ability to develop and execute partnership strategy with measurable revenue and growth impactÂ
- Demonstrated experience building and leading high-performing teamsÂ
- Excellent executive presence and relationship-building skills with C-suite and senior stakeholder audiencesÂ
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with comfort owning KPIs, revenue targets, and partnership health metricsÂ
- Strategic thinker with ability to balance long-term partnership vision with near-term execution and resultsÂ
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with strong cross-functional collaboration abilitiesÂ
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple strategic priorities simultaneouslyÂ
