About Our Search

We are looking for a Graphic Designer with a background in Environmental (Experience) Graphic Design as well as traditional graphic design abilities to join our Baltimore office. Our next team member’s primary responsibility is to conceptualize, design, and execute creative projects, working with both our design studios/clients and our marketing team. 

About the Position

  • 5-10 years of experience in the environmental graphic design field or a related design field
  • Proficient in the development of signage, wayfinding, and placemaking packages with the use of Adobe Creative Suite programs
  • Be able to multitask, working on several projects at once, often with tight deadlines and with careful attention to detail
  • Skilled in client presentation and in managing client expectations with clear communications and confident leadership
  • Oversee/create graphic firmwide material for proposals, advertisements, presentations, conference displays, and award submissions
  • Develops digital, print, and interactive pieces and maintains firmwide graphic templates
  • Strong Illustrative skills are a must.
  • Responds to the needs of the team as required in a deadline-driven environment

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, illustration, architecture, or related field.
  • Professional and courteous demeanor, Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work well with a wide range of internal clients
  • AutoCAD and Revit experience preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrates creativity and strong conceptual and visual communication skills
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • 3D rendering skills in SketchUp or similar system preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, ability to prioritize, multi-task, and take initiative
  • Collaborative team member who works well in an interdisciplinary, fast-paced environment, as well as the ability to work autonomously.
  • Ability to produce high-quality documents in deadline-driven environments
