A well-established, family-owned healthcare technology company is seeking a Field Service Technician to support a growing client base across the Baltimore region. The organization provides personal emergency response systems designed to support seniors and individuals who require in-home safety monitoring.
- Install, configure, and service personal emergency response systems in client homes
- Reset or replace equipment as needed and ensure devices are functioning properly
- Provide friendly and patient support to seniors and individuals with disabilities
- Troubleshoot basic device issues and respond to service requests
- Maintain professional communication with clients and internal staff
- Occasionally assist with training or supporting technicians in other regions (travel expenses covered)
- Respond to equipment-related service calls when scheduled
- Reliable personal vehicle and willingness to travel within the Baltimore region
- Comfortable driving to service locations, including occasional longer trips (up to 2–3 hours round trip)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional, dependable, and comfortable working with seniors in their homes
- Ability to work independently and manage appointments efficiently
- Basic technical comfort with electronic devices (training provided)
