What You’ll Do

  • Lead fire, smoke, and water mitigation projects from initial assessment through completion.

  • Supervise structural cleaning, demolition, deodorization, and specialty restoration services.

  • Coordinate daily project activities to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards.

  • Identify additional restoration needs, including demolition, sealing, contents cleaning, and temporary mitigation services.

  • Perform fire and smoke damage mitigation, structural cleaning, and controlled demolition.

  • Clean and restore walls, ceilings, floors, and structural components affected by fire, smoke, soot, and water damage.

  • Perform odor control using thermal fogging, hydroxyl generators, ozone treatments, and other approved methods.

  • Establish containment areas and maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments.

  • Complete detailed job documentation, including photos, notes, daily updates, and scope documentation.

  • Utilize DocuSketch and other company technology to accurately document job site conditions.

  • Assist in developing mitigation, demolition, and cleaning scopes.

  • Identify scope changes and communicate them promptly to Project Managers and leadership.

  • Supervise technicians on assigned projects and ensure work is completed according to company standards.

  • Train and mentor team members on fire mitigation procedures, equipment operation, documentation, and customer service.

  • Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Assist with contents pack-outs, inventory, cleaning, and restoration when needed.

  • Support TMP and other emergency response services during large-loss or catastrophic events.

  • Ensure customer belongings are handled with care and documented properly.

  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and Thomasville Restoration safety standards.

  • Maintain proper use of PPE, equipment, and restoration materials.

  • Inspect work for quality and ensure projects meet industry standards and customer expectations.

  • Maintain clean equipment, vehicles, and work areas.

Who You Are

  • Experienced in fire, smoke, and water mitigation with a strong understanding of structural cleaning and controlled demolition.

  • A hands-on leader who enjoys coaching and developing technicians while working alongside them.

  • Skilled at identifying smoke damage, selecting appropriate cleaning methods, and documenting restoration projects.

  • Detail-oriented with experience using DocuSketch and restoration documentation systems.

  • Comfortable making decisions and solving problems in fast-paced restoration environments.

  • Strong communicator who builds confidence with homeowners, teammates, and project managers.

  • Physically capable of lifting more than 50 pounds and working in demanding environments.

  • Holds a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

  • IICRC WRT
