Responsibilities

The employee in this role will be responsible for accurate inventory of all food and paper products. Placing supply orders through preferred vendors ensuring that deliveries and stock are accurate and randomly temped upon receipt. Duties include but are not limited to delivering floor stock and maintaining a log for the random temps of refrigerated stock, and adhering to policy and procedures regarding FIFO.


Requirements

  • Must possess a high school diploma or GED
  • Prefer 2 year of institutional food service experience
  • Prefer 2 years of Stock or receiving warehouse experience
